it works but i need the buy the item that made my shoes smell good because they my shoes smelt like dirty rain water. This is because the water didn’t dry fast enough or its just what the water does when it dries.

It's concerning that this company still continues to have these errors, after multiple customers have mentioned this same issue in prior reviews. The company has been replying to these reviews, so it's apparent that they are aware of the previous errors, but haven't put anything in place to prevent further mistakes.

I don't normally give reviews to things I buy online but this is different! I only bought the Essential Shoe Cleaning Kit and was surprised with the outcome after cleaning up my daily shoes (PUMA Ferrari Electron E Pro) that I bought in 2021 for the first time. I was only able to laundry the shoe laces which were restored to brand new!! I regret not buying the Signature Shoe Laundry Cleaning Kit, I could've laundry my shoes after the brushing.
